We attempt to mitigate drawdown risk through a disciplined due diligence process, quality shareholder engagement, max position-level exposures and by employing minimal to no leverage in the portfolio. Our V3 investment criteria (value, likelihood of votes, variety of ways to win) aim to further enhance downside protection.
